He was predeceased by: his wife Peggy Lapinsky. He is survived by: his parents, Frank Lapinsky and Janet Lapinsky of Palm Coast, Florida; his sisters, Kathryn Puglia (Chuck) of New Hampshire and Meredith Lapinsky (Tony Mirenda) of Ohio; and his nephew John Kloock of New Hampshire.
