He was predeceased by: his father Robert Berke; and his grandfathers, Roy Neumann and Frank Berke. He is survived by: his mother Deb (Jean); his brothers, Sheldon (Jamie), Tyler (Dionne), Stuart and Kenys Fairley; and his grandmothers, Marion Neumann and Sheila Berke. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
