He is survived by: his wife Lori; his sons, Chad (Chelsey) and Ryan; his grandchildren, Elijah, Abby and Evangeline; and his siblings, Roy (Donna), Alan (Wendy), Jack (Kathy) and Joan (Walter). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, many friends and co-workers.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Doug's memory to the Lighthouse Pentecostal Church.
