He was predeceased by: his wife Lenora; and his parents, Henry Welk and Julia Welk. He is survived by: his grandsons, Kelly (Allison), Bryan, Bradley, Wesley (Cailey) and Austin; and his great grandchildren, Mason, Charlotte and Jacob.
