He was predeceased by: his parents, Gim Gee Poon and Au Lem Poon; his daughter Li Ming Poon; and his sister Mai King Poon of Singapore. He is survived by: his wife Betty Poon of Edmonton; his son Larry Poon (Nancy); his grandchildren, Ryan Poon and Stephanie Poon; his son Barry Poon (Esther); his granddaughters, Rachel Poon and Hannah Poon; his daughter Colleen Lam (Dave); his grandchildren, Brayden Lam and Jordan Lam; his daughter Helen Poon; and his brother Mor Poon. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and extended family.
