She was predeceased by: her husband Adolf; her son Roger; her grandson Mark; her parents, Dan Mudryk and Annie Mudryk; her parents-in-law, Roman and Annie Semeniuk; and her siblings, Eileen and Alexander.
She is survived by: her children, Barry, Darwin (Larysa), Lisa Trachuk (David) and Cindy Katchur (Lee); her grandchildren, Sofiya, Christine, Blayne (Alysha), Nathan (Elise), Cailyn (Logan) and Brady (Annika); and her sister-in-law Caroline.
