He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Mary; and his brother-in-law Adam Smereka. He is survived by: his wife Bev; his sons, Calvin (Lori), Bryan (Amy) and Michael (Michelle); his grandchildren, Brad (Erin), Nolan, Katelynn (Brandon Kulczycki), Lynsey, Josh (Kayla), Amy (Brandon Gerlinsky), Sydnie, Samantha, Jessica and Aleeah; his great grandchild Theodore; and his siblings, Bertha Robbins (Al), Peggy Smereka and Ed (Joanne).
