He was predeceased by: his wife Jenny; his parents, John Kossey and Maria Kossey; and his siblings, Steve, Tom, John, Minnie, Anne and Mary.
He is survived by: his children, Nick (Edith), Alex "Sandy" (Jennifer), Elaine Dowswell and Christine Ruller. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces & nephews.
