Ovila Germain Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ovila Germain (St Paul, Alberta), who passed away on July 1, 2021 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Zea Germain and Aristide Germain; and his siblings, Clement, Jean-Paul, Alphonse, Ronald, Octave, Conrad, Diane Gauthier and Aline Lapalme.

He is survived by: his wife Jean Germain (Jeannette); his children, Shane (Karen), Shannon Fernhout (Daryl), Raquel Derksen (Mel), Eric (Lianne) and Barrett (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Sherida (Kent), Brett, Zea, Owen, Jake, Jessie, Julie, Wade, Aron, Luke, Axel, Clarissa, Maria, Cloey, Zack, Dominic and Jacqueline; and his siblings, Roger (Joanne), Francoise Ballard (Ted), Denis, Denise Parranto (Peter) and Raymond. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews & in-laws.
