She was predeceased by: her father Peter Noel Pasquayak; her grandparents, Rita Brighteyes and Robert Raymond Cardinal; her uncle Robyn Cardinal; her cousins, Maverick and Eartha Cardinal; and her adoptive mother Patsy Moosewah.

She is survived by: her children, Blaze, Easton, Cain and Seth; her mother Darlene; her grandmother Josephine Cardinal; her siblings, Amanda, Ryan (Lori), Adam and Sean (Edeena); her uncle Kevin; her aunts, Valerie, Doreen, Cynthia and Phyllis; her godmother Jean Erasmus; her cousins, Rob, Ian, Lee, Nikita Dennehy, Mika Omeasoo, Chesare, Sundance, Skye, Rhea, Jeremiah, Summer, Sevina, Seamus, Talia, Faith Frederick, Chrissyann McGilvery (Dusty), Michael Brighteyes, Tiffany Cardinal and Maggie Cardinal; her nephews, Ozzy and Ryan Jr.; her siblings, Hana, Tayler Moosewah, Chenay McArthur and Dominic Cardinal; and her aunt Denise Moosewah. She is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
