He is survived by: his wife Blair Cardinal; his daughter Elizabeth Patricia Rose Flamand; his parents, Craig and Michelle; his siblings, Sheena and Dallas (Sara); his nieces and nephews, Alexis, Jarome, Kaleb, Madden, Chevy, Shylo, Gavin, Hendrix and Ella; and his godson Parker.
