He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Hurst and Doris Hurst; his brothers, Albert, Richard and Gord; his brothers-in-law, Aubrey McGarvey, Stan King, Jim Dixon and Steve Giran; and his daughter-in-law Robin Corless.
He is survived by: his wife Claire; his children, Barbara Berlinguette, Harvey Jr. "Todd" (Laura) and William; his grandchildren, Johnathan, Charles, Amy, Dean, Jackilynn, Steven, Mitchell, Nicholas, Ian and Reggie; and his siblings, Ed (Hilary), Dan (Jenny), David (Evelyn), Paul (Grace), Raymond (Norma), Sid (Charlotte), Doris King, Ida McGarvey, Mary Giran, Ruth Ditchburn (John), Rachel Mercredi and Sharon Dixon. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
