George Bandura Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Bandura (St Paul, Alberta), born in Willingdon, Alberta, who passed away on March 26, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Metro Bandura and Mary Bandura; and his siblings, Orest, Johnny, Lawrence, Bill, Nicky Bandura, Joan Johansson and Lucy Shapka.

He is survived by: his children, Tracy Brunlees, Gina Bandura and Charlene Freebourn; his grandchildren, Alexandra Franczyk, Kristopher Brunlees, Priscilla Larocque, Cassandra Bandura, Jaydin and Ashton Freebourn; his great grandchildren, Nathan, Matthew Franczyk and Theodore Brunlees; and his siblings, Alex, Elmer Bandura, Lauren Bandura and Evelyn Trufyn. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Due to Covid-19 Restrictions, there will be a viewing for immediate family only at Grace Gardens Funeral Chapel, St. Paul on Wednesday, March 31, 2021, followed by a Graveside Service at St. Mary's Ukrainian Orthodox Cemetery, Hamlin at 2:30 PM.
