She was predeceased by: her husband David; her parents, John Jesko and Kathleen Jesko; and her siblings, Mary Gabriel and Peter Ondrejaka.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy Clarke (Ryerson), Laurel Evans-Miller (Bruce Miller), John Evans (Karmel), Mary Lynn Evans and Cathy Evans (Darryl Balaban). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
