She was predeceased by: her husband Armand Chouinard; her friend Terry Gutoki; her brother Donald Ward; her former husband Bernie Burshtinski; her granddaughter Raelyn; her parents, Ida Ward and Frank Ward; and her siblings, Edith Johnston and James Ward.
She is survived by: her children, Shannon Burshtinski and Deidre Burshtinski; her grandchildren, Sierra, Titan, Robert, Rochell and Rhianna; and her siblings, David Ward, Raymond Ward, Gerald Ward, Cheryl Ward and Vicki Ward. She is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren, numerous relatives & friends.
