He was predeceased by : his children, Louis and Laurie; and his wife Madeline. He is survived by : his children, Judith (Gary), Patricia, Brian (Lauraine), Theresa (Rob), Clarence (Cheryl), Pauline and Don (Darlene); his grandchildren, Sloane, David, Heather, Dorothy, Louis, Colleen, Vicki, Sarah and Cameron; and his brother Alexander.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Alzheimer Society of Alberta and Northwest Territories, 10430 61 Ave NW #306, Edmonton, AB, T6H 2J3.
