She was predeceased by: her husband James Lewis; her son Mark Lewis; and her brothers, Dale Caines, Stephen Caines and Donald Caines.
She is survived by: her close friend Dave Davies; her son Anthony Lewis; and her siblings, Linda Lawrence, Anthony Caines, Paul Caines and Janet Caines. She is also survived by Many cousins, nieces and nephews, inlaws, extended family, and friends.
