He is survived by: his wife Pauline; and his children, Michelle Doorten (Ron), Shauna Stam (Mike), John DeHaas (Shirley), Daniel DeHaas (Heather), Jessica Wildeboer (Keith), Jolena (Brian) of Haan and Suzanne Schouten (Matt). He is also survived by 32 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren.
