She is survived by: her children, Ad/Ed (Cathy), Adriana (Henri), Martin (Lisa) and Rudy (Tracy); her stepdaughter Nellie Roukema; her brother Jan (Joke); and her siblings-in-law, Tony (Bea) and Gerda. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 12 great-grand-children.
