He is survived by: his daughter Judith; his wife Elizabeth; his daughters, Beverley (Charles) and Carol Butz (Casey); his grandchildren, Hayley (Cory), Josh (Megan) and Dexter (Michele); his brother David (Jeanmarie); and his pet Misty. He is also survived by family, other relatives, many friends.
