He was predeceased by: his father Leslie Eyestone. He is survived by: his wife Darlene; his children, Charity (JB), David (Jamie) and Joseph (Kaitlin); his daughter-in-law Heather; and his grandchildren, Elissa, Diana, Blair, Amy, Riley, David, Mark, Kira and Kenzie.
