She was predeceased by: her husband Victor; her parents, Nick Dowhaniuk and Mary Dowhaniuk (Sharun); and her brothers, Victor Dowhaniuk (Kaye) and Larry Dowhaniuk (Sophie).
She is survived by: her children, Darlene Cavanaugh, Brian Pasemko (Nancy), Randy Pasemko (Charlaine) and Kathy Meaney (Brian); her sister Liz Rakach (Al); and her sister-in-law Lorna Pasemko. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
