She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Sadownik and Anne Sadownik; and her siblings, Bill, Gary and Mary.
She is survived by: her husband John Juzwishin; her children, Jason Juzwishin and Tammy Twelvetree (Rob); her grandchildren, Adam, Madison and Zachariah; and her aunt Jean. She is also survived by several nieces, and nephews, cousins and friends.
Current Covid restrictions include wearing masks, and proof of vaccinations as per the Restriction Exemption Program.
