She was predeceased by: her husband Peter Kozuback; and her children, Bonnie Childers, Clifford Childers and Joyce Dyrda (Childers). She is survived by: her former husband William Childers; her grandchildren, Bonnie Dyrda, Dennis Dyrda (Linda), Angie Smoley, Lisa Allen-Prefontaine (Mark), Sherrie Jensen (Mark) and Cori Childers; her great grandchildren, Chelsea Dyrda, Nevada Dyrda, Keilan Smoley, Kaden Smoley, Gavin Prefontaine, Kylee Prefontaine and Mathew Jensen; and her close friend Dinorah Cresswell. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
