We are sad to announce that on November 12, 2023, at the age of 104, Nick Yacyshyn of Spedden, Alberta passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Nick Yacyshyn to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his wife Olga; his son Walter Yacyshyn; his granddaughter Carla Yacyshyn; his parents, Hilary Yacyshyn and Anna Yacyshyn; and his siblings, Andrew Yacyshyn, Mary Boyko, Pearl Yacyshyn and Nancy Yacyshyn.
He is survived by: his children, Oksana Chimko (Michael), Halia St (Daniel) and Marion Yacyshyn; his daughter-in-law Valerie Yacyshyn; his grandchildren, Cheryl Robertson (Dan), Christina Griffiths (Dwight), Kevin Yacyshyn (Kim), Krista Yacyshyn (Logan), Kayla Bespalko (Joshua), Kimberly Hirsekorn, Curtis St (Danica) and Trevor St (Bree); his great grandchildren, Tyler (Karen), Spencer, Emma Robertson, Sydney, Alyssa, Daylen Griffiths, Kylie, Carter Blower, Cashlyn, Carrera Yacyshyn, Hunter, Jax, Finn Hirsekorn, Liam, Everly, Henry St. Arnault, Mackenzie, Brooklyn St. Arnault and Theodore Bespalko; his great great grandchild Aubree Robertson; and his sisters-in-law, Stella Polivchuk and Ella Lewicky. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
