He was predeceased by: his parents, Wasylena "Lena" and Theodore "Fred"; his siblings, George, Nancy Kozak Krysanowski, Anne Bozak, Tillie Billey Polowsky and Mary Scheers; and his nephews, Dwayne Bozak, Garry Kozak and Bob Bozak.
He is survived by: his sister Phyllis Johnston of Edmonton, AB; and also, Mattey and Paraska Billey. He is also survived by seven nephews, six nieces, and numerous extended family and friends.
