Lucy Elaschuk Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 9, 2025, Lucy Elaschuk (Smoky Lake, Alberta) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Peter; her parents, Peter Piwowar and Kateryna Piwowar; and her siblings, Kathleen, Roman, Pauline and Adam.

She is survived by: her daughter Lynn (John); her grandchildren, Mikayla (Jorel), Colton (Faith) and Reese; her sister Sophie; and her sisters-in-law, Mary and Betty.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Trinity Russo Orthodox Church.

Donations in Lucy's memory may be made to the Alberta Heart and Stroke Foundation.
