She was predeceased by: her husbands, Jake and Johnny Kostrub; her parents, Nick Zukowsky and Alice Zukowsky; and her brother Kenny Zukowsky.

She is survived by: her children, Wendy Phillips (Cory) and Johnny Cozicar (Juanita); her grandchildren, Jasmine, Jay-Lynn (Matthew) and Jocelynn; her pet Lily; and her siblings, Jim Zukowsky (Barb), Linda Ewashko (Tony), Wally Zukowsky (Evelyn), Mike Zukowsky, Henry Zukowsky (Marianna), Susan Tocheniuk (Orest) and Donna Zukowsky (Rod Williams). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews & fur babies.
