She was predeceased by: her husband John; her parents, Andrew Kozak and Pearl Kozak; her brother Marvin; and her son Robbie.

She is survived by: her children, Valerie Franchuk (Randy) and Gordon (Laverne); her grandchildren, Ryan (Chelsea), Scott, Amanda (Mike), Jennifer and Kevin (Heather); her great grandchildren, Parker, Elizabeth and Carter; her brothers, Ray Kozak (Diane) and Nick Kozak (Donna); and her sister-in-law Carol Kozak. She is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
