He was predeceased by: his parents, George and Doris. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann; his children, Cheryl Ann and Curtis (Sharon); his grandchildren, Jacob (Becky), Maria Leslie (Ryan) and Jordan (Chantelle); his great grandchild Mark Douglas; and his siblings, Elmer (Gloria) and Gloria. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
