He was predeceased by: his parents, Gertrude Graling and John Claude Graling; his sisters, Darlene Brownlee and Glenda Morton; and his siblings-in-law, Terry Beauchamp, Bill Brownlee and Noni Graling.
He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Marlene Young; his daughters, Tammy Talaga (Grant), Trena McClanaghan (Patrick) and Carrie-Ann Graling; his grandchildren, Jake, Luke, Elias, Olivia, Felicity, Tia, Naveigha, Eliza, Lilly and Adashia; and his great grandchild Brynlee. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
