She is survived by: her husband Robin Smith; her children, Julie (Ivan), Shawna (Denny), Ross and Felicia; and her grandchildren, Shyne, Erica, Kalysia, Joziah and Violet.

Visitation was held on Thursday, September 19th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Friday, September 20th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Snodgrass Funeral Chapel (1101 Main St, Pincher Creek, AB T0K0E0). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Piikani Community Hall (1610 15 Ave, Brocket, AB T0K0H0). A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 21st 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Piikani Nation Cemetery (1910 17 Ave, Brocket, AB T0K0H0).
