He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Kerrylance, Rex Jr. (Jolie), Cherilee, Teshawna (Cory), Kaylee and Dalaree; his siblings, Roslyn, Ann Marie (Leonard), Harvina (Rudy), Jaylene (Randy) and Clayton (Joan); his daughter Shelly Many Gus; his parents, Phil Guns and Ada Many Guns; his brothers, Wayne (Trina), Roger, Terry, Gary Many Guns and Adrian Big Old Man; his grandson Kaylem Big Snake; his godson Dedric Yellowhorse; his grandparents, James, Mary Many Guns, Many Guns, Big Tobaccos, Cutters, Rabbit Carriers, Red Guns, Scalplocks, Fox, Cutmane, Hindbulls, Medicine Shields, Solways, Wolflegs, Healys, Big Throats, Sure Chiefs, Rex Backfat, Ei'ka, Backfats, Blacks, Breakers and Little Lights; and his extended family, Peigan, Browning, Heart Butte Montana, Tsuu'tina and Maskwacis. He was also cherished by 21 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
His children would like to thank members of the Siksika Nation Community for their prayers and donations.
