He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Rider and Katharine Black Rider; his siblings, Margaret, Jean, Mable, Hazel and Marie; his daughter Sharon; and his grandchildren, Keith, Kelsey, Cory Kayla and Joshua.
He is survived by: his children, Katie, Denise (James), Dennis Quinn (Julia) and Clayton; and his sister Myrtle Good Eagle. He is also survived by his 36 grandchildren and 46 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
