It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theodore Siwak (Sherwood Park, Alberta), who passed away on October 1, 2019, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Theodore Siwak to pay them a last tribute.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Margaret; and his children, Barry Siwak, Kevin Siwak, Doug Siwak, Margo Holland (Wayne), Randy Siwak (Jen), Chris Siwak (Jackie), Tara Williams (Stu) and Karen Ramsay (Rick). He is also survived by his eleven grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
