He is survived by: his children, Elfrieda Frost, Leo Biel, Waldemar Biel, Waldine Becker, Eugenie Pahl and Rudolf Biel; his wife Elsa Biel; his daughters, Connie Biel (Carver Dillabough) and Karen Belter (Allan Belter); his grandsons, Levi Belter, Samuel Belter and Kyle Dillabough; and his sister Eugenie Pahl.
