It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Marion Cummings (Sherwood Park, Alberta), who passed away on September 12, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Smith and Cecelia Smith; her brothers, John Smith and Joseph Smith (Ivy); and her siblings-in-law, Douglas Relf, Willard Cummings, Irma Cummings, Ervin and Glen Cummings.
She is survived by: her husband Norman; her children, Louise Cummings, Norma-Jean Paproski (Melvyn) and Keith Cummings (Donnet O'Gilvie); her grandchildren, Nolee, Valaria, Hunter, Jaxson Paproski and Emmett O'Gilvie-Cummings; her sister Margaret Relf; and her brothers-in-law, Lyle Cummings (Marion) and Gerald Cummings (Diane). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
