It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald David Thompson (Sherwood Park, Alberta), who passed away on January 8, 2025, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Brenda; his parents, Samuel Thompson and Eveline Thompson; and his sister Elizabeth. He is survived by: his siblings, Tom Thompson (Sue), Sean Thompson and Ginger Thompson; his brother-in-law Rudy Verhoeven; his nephews, Todd Thompson (Angela), David Thompson and Kevin Thompson (Gen); his niece Carla Bosse (Taylor); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kayla, Ori, MacKenzie, Liam, Evan and Alex.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Park Church (1 Brower Dr, Sherwood Park, AB T8H1Y7). A burial will be held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at the Evergreen Memorial Gardens (16102 Fort Rd NW, Edmonton, AB T5Y6A2).
