He is survived by: his wife Marlene; his children, Wade (Bernie), Jody (Anne-Marie) and Lisa Kolba (Dan); his grandchildren, Natasha, Joel, Samantha, Austin Lakusta, Ryan Kolba and Shane Kolba; his sister Hyliene Verenka (George Serna); and his mother-in-law Martha Kereluk.
