He was predeceased by: his parents, Marylou Steers and Robert Steers. He is survived by: his wife Edith Steers; his children, Aaron Steers (Kim) and Ashley Penley; his grandchildren, Mavik, Sarai, Gryffin and Oscar; and his mother-in-law Helwi Sauerborn.
In lieu of flowers, donations in the name of Rock's honour may be made directly to St. Joseph's Hospital.
