He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill and Edith. He is survived by: his wife Theresa; his children, Chris (Wendy), Cathy (Greg), Barb (Jason), Amanda (Warren) and Andrew (Andrea); his grandchildren, Jackson, Spencer, Paige, Logan, Aiden, Sarah, Johnathon, Lila and Joseph; and his siblings, Tom (Linda) and Judi (Dan). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
