She was predeceased by: her husband Jakob; and her sister-in-law Helga. She is survived by: her stepchildren, Sylvia Warkentin (Erwin) and Roland Maier (Kathryn); her stepgrandchildren, Johnny (Keilah), Tatiana (Johnathan), Richard, Thomas (Kristina) and William; and her siblings, Heinz Rueck (Marilyn), Katy Fehlauer (Erhart), John Rueck (Faye), Ray Rueck (Terry) and Carl Rueck (Diane).
