Philip Lloyd Hakes Obituary

With heavy hearts, at the age of 59, we announce the death of Philip Lloyd Hakes (Sherwood Park, Alberta), who passed away on July 18, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family. He was predeceased by : his father Lloyd; his daughter AnneMarie; his grandson Remy. He is survived by : his mother Pat; his sisters, Mary (Bob) and Carol (Mike); his children, Amanda (Nate), Amy and Adam. He is also survived by relatives and friends. Donations in memory of Philip may be made to the Sherwood Park Fish & Game Association.
