She was predeceased by: her husband Theodore. She is survived by: her children, Anna Maria Lam (Wilson) and Tom Van Amsterdam (Kim); her grandchildren, Sam (Andrea), Matt (Lyndsay), Jenny, Tyler, Evan and Anders; and her great grandchildren, Issa May and London. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
