As we bid Patricia Ann farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Patricia Ann is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Mehne and Kathryn Mehne; and her spouse Russell Nelson. She is survived by: her children, Shawnda Nelson and Shawn Nelson; her grandchildren, Adrianna Autio, Parker Autio and Emmett Nelson-Dymchuk; and her sister Carolyn (Erwin Kranawetter).
A memorial service was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bethel Lutheran Church (298 Bethel Dr, Sherwood Park, AB T8H2C5).
