He is survived by: his wife Jennifer; his children, Declan, Rhys, Audrey and Maisie; his parents, Craig (Leita) and Joanne; his siblings, Daniel (Ana), Sydney (Avery) and Connor; and his grandparents, Ron (Joan) and Marilyn. He is also survived by many in-laws, aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.
