It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lorraine Maitland Nemetchek (Sherwood Park, Alberta), who passed away on April 28, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Lang and Florence Lang; her daughter Susan Jessie Nemetchek; her brother Bill Lang Jr.; and her grandson Timothy Shapansky.

She is survived by: her husband Thomas; her children, Paul (Marlene), Ron (Maria), Ken (Angela), Lori (Gordon) and Suzanne (Boyd); her grandchildren, Christina, Sandra, Karen, Wendy, Tom, Cheryl, Lisa, Tracy, Santino, Gaetano and Miguela; and her brother Gordon Lang (Helen). She is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
