She was predeceased by: her parents, Lillian McClung and William McClung; her husband Allan; her siblings, William, James, Helen, Alfred and John McClung; and her siblings-in-law, Mary Williams, Helen Jarvis, Colin Gillies and Ian Gillies.

She is survived by: her children, Catherine (Imants Krumins), Sherwood Park, Lorraine (James Stinson), John Gillies (Sharon Lee), Washington, Illinois and Dorothy (Kyle Lupul); her great grandchild Alexander Somkuti; her siblings, Sally Brunet and Robert McClung; and her siblings-in-law, Dorothy Johnson, Betty Gillies, Beverly Gillies, Eula McClung and Don Williams.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
