She was predeceased by: her parents, William Spady and Emma Spady of Drumheller Alberta; and her brother-in-law Alex Villeneuve. She is survived by: her husband Murray Turnbull; her children, Marnie Evans (Sean) and Chris Turnbull (Lucy); her brother Donald Spady (Barbara); her nephews, Robert Spady (Kim) and David Spady (Katie); her niece Christine Rose (Derek); her sisters-in-law, Joyce Villeneuve and Margaret Bettschen (Clayton); and her nieces and nephews, Tammy, Clayton Jr., Amanda, Joel, Mary and Jeanette.

Memorial donations in Leslie's honor may be made to Hope Mission, Mustard Seed, Bissell Centre or a charity of one's choice.
