He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard and Lucille; and his niece Kerri Addy. He is survived by: his children, Darren (Laura), David (Tammy) and Stacey (Terry); his grandchildren, Kelsie, Taylor, Olivia, Emily, Ethan and Katelyn; his siblings, Pauline, Shirley and Dermond; his nephews, Troy and Ryan; and his niece Anna. He is also survived by friends and dad.

Memorial donations may be made online to the Alzheimer Society of Alberta.
